The Recovery Kit is a handy set to have around. Both products have lovely packaging and simply look fabulous. I hurt my shoulder a while ago and started applying the patches as recommended. The cool feeling felt great and was comfortable to sleep with. After a few days, I definitely felt better. The gel is great to have on the go which I rub on my shoulders for a good relief especially after long hours in the office.
I used the Gel on my sore calf the other day after the gym. Cooling! And it relieved my sore muscles.
My boyfriend passed me the Recovery Kit as I had stiff shoulders for quite some time. The smell was unique and different but after applying it smelled pleasant and herbal in a nice way. Rubbed the gel as suggested and used the patches on my shoulders for a few days and the stiffness went away!

I injured my back recently probably due to bad posture and some strenuous movements. I massaged the area a couple of times with the Relief Gel and that sour pain I had just subsided!
